Returns Policy

Items should be returned within 30 days from your delivery date. They must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached. Our Reflo eco packaging, a part of the product, must also be returned wherever possible. This ensures that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged condition. 

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Ensure you have the correct order number and email address used during the original order when returning items. Items returned without the correct information selected are likely to have the refund rejected.

International Returns

We do not offer free returns outside the UK. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount for international returns.


It is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable for any damage until the package is received at our warehouse. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages returned to us by any delivery services.


Please make a note of the tracking number shared with you via email after you submit your return. You may need to provide this if your parcel is delayed/lost in transit.

Free Gifts

Please note any free gifts sent with your order must be returned with your order when sending back for a refund/exchange. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from your refund.


Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. The amount will be refunded in the currency used to make the original purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. Once the return is received into our warehouse, we will begin to process the refund as soon as possible. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear in your account after the item is received to us, although it usually appears a lot quicker than that.

Returns Process

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Select your items and preferred resolution:

Choose the items you'd like to return or exchange, and specify your desired resolution (e.g., refund, exchange for different size or color). The portal will guide you through the process based on your selection.

  1. Follow ReturnGo instructions:

ReturnGo will provide you with clear instructions for returning your items, including printing pre-paid shipping labels if applicable.


  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days of receiving and processing your returned items.
  • For exchanges, once we receive your return and confirm its eligibility, we'll promptly ship the replacement item(s) to you.

Important notes:

  • Please ensure all returned items are in their original packaging, with tags attached and in unused condition.
  • Items purchased using store credit or gift cards will be refunded in the form of store credit.
  • Certain items may be excluded from returns or exchanges (e.g., personalised items, sale items). Please refer to the individual product listings for details.

Faulty Goods

Our products are made to last, “faulty goods” refer to manufacturing issues, which do happen from time to time. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

We will request a clear image of the fault and how the product has been washed and dried. We will then require the return of the product.


Discount Codes & Gift Cards

Please note that only one gift card can be used per transaction. 

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions.
