The world is moving and so are we.

Reflo was founded in 2021
by Rory Macfadyen and Peter Philippou, out of a shared passion for creating products that perform on the course, court and the gym floor, with sustainability built in at the core. 

At the time, Peter was working for a premium bottled water business – the better he performed in his job, the more single-use plastic was created.

Rory was CMO at a sports startup, the Icons Series, where leading athletes played pro-am golf tournaments, but had nothing to wear due to conflicting team kit deals.

As childhood best friends turned business partners, they saw the opportunity to change the sportswear game for good, by creating a new line of product, worn by leading athletes, built for high performance and sustainability.

Years later, Reflo continues to provide high performance, technical apparel to our customers, leading teams in motorsport, football and more, and for corporate partners, using our sustainable capabilities for maximum impact.
