We want to make receiving your Reflo order as simple and reliable as possible. Our UK orders are now fulfilled through our new UK fulfilment centre.ย

United Kingdomย 

Standard Delivery (UK)ย 

UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48.ย 

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monโ€“Fri) are dispatched the same working dayย 
  • Delivery is typically 2โ€“3 working days from dispatchย 
  • Delivery cost and free-delivery eligibility are shown at checkoutย 

Express / Next-Day Deliveryย 

Need it faster? Choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.ย 

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monโ€“Fri) are dispatched the same working day, with delivery typically the next working dayย 
  • Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the next working dayย 
  • Weekends and UK bank holidays are not dispatch or delivery daysย 

We currently do not offer a same-day delivery service.ย 

International Deliveryย 

International ordering is temporarily suspended while we upgrade our delivery network. We're doing this to bring you faster, better-tracked international shipping โ€” and we expect to reopen international checkout shortly.ย

Order Processingย 

Our fulfilment centre operates Monday to Friday.ย 

Orders are picked, packed and handed to Royal Mail the same working day when placed before the 12:00 PM cut-off.ย 

Orders processed before the 12:00 PM (UK Time) weekday cut-off qualify for our Express next-day service. Orders processed after the cut-off should allow approximately 48 hours under the Standard service.ย 

Delivery estimates are targets rather than guarantees and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.ย 

Tracking Your Orderย 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your available tracking information. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.ย 

Please allow for a short period of tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.ย 

Delivery Addressย 

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order โ€” incorrect or incomplete address details can result in delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.ย 

If you notice an issue with your delivery address after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will always try to assist, although amendments cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfilment process.ย
