The only greenwashing we do is in the laundry room. Our apparel is designed with simple eco-friendly cleaning in mind. Over time, all fabrics shed microfibres but it’s important we keep them out of our rivers and oceans. We recommend using a micro-filter wash bag that protects your clothing and catches any rogue microfibres that shed during the wash cycle.
FOUR STEPS TO A GREENER WASH:
BAG IT UP - Throw your clothing in a micro-filter wash bag and pop it into your machine. The protective bag stops microfibres entering the water.
KEEP IT COLD - Always wash Reflo fabrics in cold water. Avoid unnecessary heating costs and keep your apparel in top condition for even longer.
BIO IS BETTER - Biodegradable detergents use natural enzymes to break down dirt and stains. Our fabrics are made to be washed effectively with plant-based detergents.
