Having signed multi-year international collaborations in many sports, as well as onboarding Harry Kane as our first global ambassador and investor, Reflo is on-track to be the first household name sportswear brand known for sustainability and performance.

Our goals are monumental and go beyond selling a lot of gear - we aim to plant 1 million trees and recycle over 5 million plastic bottles in our first 5 years. That is something we can all be proud of.

Position Overview:  Reporting directly into the Marketing Director, the social and community lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's content strategy across our social channels and activating our brand story telling opportunities for events. 

This role requires a highly organised marketing specialist with the ability to deploy a broad set of marketing skills across a number of key focus areas, while being agile enough to manage multiple projects across a number of channels. While focused on social platforms, the ideal candidate will be able to use their organisation and marketing experience to leverage these channels to create compelling storytelling opportunities for the brand. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sustainability and sports/entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:


  • Strategic Distribution: Working with the Branded Content Lead and the Digital Marketing Specialist, ensure the effective distribution of our content to help us showcase our brand, our products and our partnerships across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and LinkedIn.
  • Calendar Planning: Develop and execute content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent and engaging presence on social media, aligning with brand campaigns, product launches, partnership activations and seasonal themes.
  • Brand Voice: Be our internal champion for ensuring our brand tone of voice is consistent across all platforms as we communicate our mission and vision. 
  • Performance Analysis: Use our social media management tools to track, measure, and analyze content performance metrics and KPIs, such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversions, to evaluate success and inform future content strategies and optimizations.
  • Innovation & Development: Monitor social media trends, platform updates, best-in-class systems and collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute content ideas and concepts that resonate with our target audience and improve engagement and brand awareness.

    Community Engagement:

    • EngagementInteract with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, reposting and celebrating user-generated content, fostering a sense of community and building brand advocacy.
    • Relationship Building: Monitor channels and cultivate relationships with key influencers, partners, brand advocates and community members to help us to identify opportunities to increase engagement and build brand loyalty.

    Community Events & Social Content Management: 

      • Event Awareness & Content distribution: Help amplify awareness of showcase our involvement in incredible events across our social channels, such as:

                - Reflo branded events

                - Partner events

                - Internal Events  


      A Little About the ideal candidate:

      Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of experience in social media, events and digital marketing, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle or sports industries.
      • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a proven track record of managing schedules of engaging content and growing social media followings.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and brand narrative.
      • Creative thinker with a passion for sustainability, sports, and visual storytelling.
      • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
      • A passion for golf is a big advantage. 
      • An interest or understanding of developing creative using AI is a bonus. We will provide training in this as we see it as a big opportunity.
