WHAT IS RELOOP™
Reloop is Reflo’s pioneering approach to circular performancewear, created to tackle one of sport’s biggest environmental challenges: clothing waste.
It goes beyond recycled materials connecting product design, take-back and recycling to close the loop on sportswear.
By working only with trusted circular partners, following the waste hierarchy, and designing for fibre-to-fibre recycling, Reloop creates a system where products are made to perform, to last, and to come back again.
This is how we’re building a truly circular system keeping textiles in play for longer and out of landfill for good.

Why did we create Reloop™?
Every year, around 92 million tonnes of textiles are discarded globally, with team kits and unsold stock contributing heavily to the problem. In the UK alone, more than 300,000 tonnes of textiles end up in landfill or incineration annually.
Most sportswear is made from polyester, a material that can take centuries to break down and sheds microplastics along the way.
Reloop exists to change this. By taking back kit that teams and fans no longer need, and working with industry-leading partners, we ensure each product follows the best possible end-of-life pathway.

How does Reloop™ work?
1. Use recycled materials
We prioritised recycled materials from day one. Today, over 90% of our fibres are recycled polyester, primarily made from single-use PET bottles.
But bottles aren’t the end goal. To truly close the loop, clothing needs to be made from clothing. That’s why we’re working to increase our use of fibres made from recycled textile waste.
2. Design for durability
Longer-lasting products are more sustainable products.
Reflo kit is engineered to perform and endure - using high-performance fabrics, rigorous testing, and real-world wear by elite athletes. Because the most responsible product is the one you don’t need to replace.
3. Design for recyclability
Recycled materials aren’t infinite. Using them to make products that can’t be recycled again is like drawing from a well that’s running dry.
That’s why we design for fibre-to-fibre recycling - to feed the system, not just drain it.
Our first collection to put this into practice is independently certified by the Circular Textiles Foundation (CTF) as suitable for recycling back into new textile fibres at the end of its life. We’re now expanding fibre-to-fibre partnerships and embedding circular design principles across our teams.
GOT A QUESTION?
What Is A Mono Garment?
Mono garments are garments that use a single material in the composition of the product. Every aspect like the main fabric, lining, and lining to the trims and labels must be considered. Any contaminants like elastane means that the garment cannot be recycled through a mechanical recycler.
Why aren’t all products recyclable?
Due to the functionality required from certain clothes, not all garments can be a mono garment. Example, a compressed garment requires elastane to be fitted close to the body for support. Elastane cannot be mechanically recycled; therefore, these garments can’t be mono.
Another reason could be due to the components that make up certain garments like the membrane and tape on a water-proof jacket.
All of the above are examples of blended fibres, which need to be separated in the recycling process making them difficult to be a circular product.
We are constantly innovating and finding different ways to maximise the life of each product and will be launching more garments within Reloop each season.
What address do I return the garments to?
Please email here – please note, we only accept returns from the UK
How do I generate a returns label for the returns?
Please go to the Reloop returns page to generate returns label.
How do you know if a product is a Reloop product?
There is a QR code in the back neck label that identifies a garment to be a Reloop garment. The Bohai 2.0 Polo Shirt is currently in the Reloop range, with many more to be added 2024.
