Reflo Sports Ltd – Customer Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Reflo Sports Ltd, c/o White Rose, 15A Hall Gate, Doncaster, DN1 3NA, UK England (“Promoter”).

1. Name of Promotion

Reflo Sports – Win Hospitality & GA Tickets For Emirates Dubai 7's Competition

2. Opening and Closing Dates

The competition opens at 19:00pm on 26.11.25 (“Opening Date”).
The competition closes at 19:00pm on 27.11.25 (“Closing Date”).
Entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be counted.

3. Eligibility & How to Enter

  • The promotion is open to UAE residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries or agents, and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, are not eligible.

  • To enter, participants must complete purchase of the ED7's range within the first 24 hours of launch to be automatically entered. 

  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, including attempts to enter using multiple email addresses, will result in disqualification.

  • Internet access is required.

  • Entrants confirm that all details submitted are accurate and complete.

4. Prize Details

There is a total of 1 prize package to be won, consisting of:

  • 2x Hospitality Tickets

  • 2x General Admission Tickets
    to Emirates Dubai 7s 28/11/25 or 30/11/25. 

Prize Conditions

  • Travel, accommodation, and additional expenses are not included. 

  • All winners and their guests must be 18 or over.

  • Winners may be required to confirm their age by providing a valid, clearly readable image of government-issued ID (e.g., passport or driving licence).

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold, auctioned, or redeemed for cash.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected via a random automated draw on 27.11.25.

  • The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided upon entry on 27.11.25.

  • If the winner does not respond within 2 days to confirm eligibility, age, and acceptance of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner using the same process.

  • Tickets will be emailed to the winner within 2 days of confirmation.

6. Personal Data & Privacy

  • By entering, participants acknowledge that the Promoter will process their personal data for the administration of the competition.

  • The Promoter may share entrant information with trusted suppliers, contractors, or group companies solely for the purposes of administering the competition.

  • Winners may be asked to participate in publicity (e.g., photography, social media content) without additional compensation.

  • Winners consent to the use of their name and image in promotional material.

  • Personal data will be retained for no longer than three years from the last activity related to the competition, unless required to meet legal obligations.

  • Entrants may exercise their right to erasure at any time by emailing support@reflo.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, including the name and email used to enter.

7. Marketing Communications

  • Marketing emails will only be sent if the entrant has provided explicit, informed consent separate from entry.

  • Reflo Sports Ltd includes an unsubscribe option in every marketing email.

  • The Promoter may use hashed data to create lookalike audiences for advertising purposes.

8. Additional Conditions

  • Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or late entries will not be accepted.

  • Entrants who supply incorrect details or violate entry rules may be disqualified.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, connectivity issues, or entries not received for any reason.

  • Bulk entries, automated entries, or attempts to interfere with the competition process will result in disqualification.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Winner Details Availability

  • The Promoter will supply the surname and county of the winner to anyone who requests this in writing (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the Closing Date.

  • If the winner objects to the publication of this information, they must inform the Promoter. The Promoter must still provide the details to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

10. Liability

  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants except where caused by negligence.

  • Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.

  • Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Shipping

Shipping only available to UAE.
