When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. 
We encourage you to choose our green delivery options to help mitigate the impact on our planet (we include this for free on all orders over £150).
We use DHL Express service for all international shipments and a tracked courier for UK shipments, therefore a signature will be required upon delivery of your order. 
All orders will be dispatched same day if placed before 1pm on a Monday-Friday.
Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, (for example an office address that has been provided for delivery), but of course we will support you by engaging with the courier company.
Please ensure when placing your order that the country of shipping destination is selected correctly. This is to ensure no extra charges are applied at customs.
Where relevant, all duty and customs is payable by the recipient.

However, should you wish to return your products please follow our returns process below.
RETURNS POLICY
Make sure you have the correct order number and are using the correct email address that you originally placed your order with when returning your items.
Please note we do not offer free returns outside of the UK. For International Returns we will deduct the return shipping fee from the refund amount.

Items should be returned within 28 days from your delivery date. The garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached. Our Reflo eco packaging is a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
It is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable for any damage until the package is received at our warehouse. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages returned to us by Royal Mail, Hermes, or any other delivery services.
Please make a note of your tracking number shared with you via email after you submit your return. You may need to provide this if your parcel is delayed/lost in transit.

Please note any free gifts sent with your order must be returned with your order when sending back for a refund/exchange. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from your refund.
Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. The amount will be refunded in the currency used to make the original purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid.
Once the return is received into our warehouse, we will begin to process the refund as soon as possible. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear in your account.

Once received in our warehouse, please give us up to 30 days to check the item and issue the refund to the original payment method.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to exchange your item, please include this request on the email to support@reflo.com.
All exchanges must comply with the above Reflo returns policy.
FAULTY GOODS
Our products are made to last, “faulty goods” refer to manufacturing issues, which do happen from time to time. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 
To claim under your warranty, please contact support@reflo.com. We will request a clear image of the fault and how the product has been washed and dried. We will then require the return of the product.
